Sales and Operations Manager - Steve Hawkins
Steve has 20 years of Sales experience, of which 6 of those are within recruitment. He has always been hugely motivated in every task that he works on. He also takes great pride in the proactive approach that he has to all of his work tasks, doing his utmost to ensure that every task is completed to his rigorous high standards!
A rare trait that a lot of others don’t possess, is that he actually enjoys cold calling! He will tell you until the cows come home about how effective it is and when used with other sales methods, it is hugely effective. If anyone dare says that “cold calling is dead”, then Steve believes that they are talking absolute rubbish, as he is living proof that it isn’t!

Tamara has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry - labour hire, contract opportunities, permanent employment and executive search. She has supplied a broad scope of personnel across many industries including: Construction, Mining, Aviation, Rail, Engineering, Agriculture, ICT and Government Roles placed include but not limited too : Electrical and Mechanical Trades, General Labour and Trades Assistants, Plant Operators, Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical and Civil) , Project Managers, Business Analyst, Change Managers, OH&S, Administration, Accounting and Finance.
Tamara has a strong understanding of client requirements when it comes to ensuring the correct person fit for the job role and the organisation.
She also has a strong understanding of candidate requirements to ensure the right fit is made with the business in which they are placed.
She holds a Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Human Resources.
